Refund policy

I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, here's the return and refund policy.

1- GENERAL INFORMATION

Return Window: You have 30 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return, except in cases of damage or defects (see Section 2).

Eligibility Criteria: Your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn, in its original packaging (slightly damaged packaging from opening is acceptable).

Procedure: You must contact Kumlai using the form on the Contact page. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (tracked parcel required), customs duties, fees, and taxes, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly sent.

Returns should be sent to our Thailand address, which we'll provide by email.

2- DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please contact Kumlai within 48 hours of receipt via the Contact page if the item is defective, including photos of the issue and packaging, or if you received the wrong item, so we can assess the situation and resolve it quickly.

3- EXCHANGES

You may wish to exchange your item if the color, style, or size doesn't work for you.

To exchange an item, return the item as directed in Section 1.

Once the return is received, accepted, and shipping costs for the new item are paid, the replacement item will be sent to you.

4- REFUNDS

To request a refund, return the item as directed in Section 1.

The refund will include the item price but excludes original shipping costs.

Once the return is received and accepted, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.
